ProMaterial Technologies GmbHProMaterial is the cloud-based B2B data platform for construction e-sourcing and e-commerce for distributors and manufacturers in the construction industry. The innovative SaaS technology supports manufacturers and distributors to present construction materials and building materials with excellent data quality via various trade channels on the Internet and to distribute them efficiently to construction companies, specialist companies and private customers. We enable construction companies to e-source through their own digital materials portal. Search, compare and order all construction products, with individually negotiated prices from the specialized trade. Strategic procurement processes are optimized in the long term, thereby sustainably increasing profitability. ProMaterial itself is a technology supplier and not a market participant. All buyer groups find information about the products in the required form, in software industry solutions, online marketplaces, BIM or calculation systems or more simply via web store. For professional customers and end users, ordering becomes more convenient and the range of products is richer. In a material portal, potentially all products of an industry that exist on the market can be found and are digitally purchasable. To this end, extensive information about the products is first collected via direct manufacturer interfaces and continuously kept up to date. The information is comprehensive and describes each product in terms of identifiability, properties, logistics, packaging and storage characteristics, sustainability information (e.g. CO2 footprint) but also certificates and trade data. Currently, 550 suppliers with a total of 3.2 million products and 100 million descriptive attributes and 3.6 million media elements and images are already available. A material portal now bundles the manufacturers' offerings with the various trade partners of a craft business. In the material portal, an employee of a craft business can thus digitally find and purchase all the materials he needs for the upcoming project in a single user interface. The software also supports related activities such as delivery status tracking, goods receipt/delivery note processing, and invoice verification, which also come with significant efficiency benefits. Through the materials portal, craft businesses gain digital access to information on the sustainability and recyclability of products. This type of information is becoming increasingly important and will be demanded by clients in the near future.

SANEZOOSANEZOO is an innovative company with replicable products for highly intelligent robotics and automation. The company currently offers unique solutions for automated quality control and robot guidance primarily for the manufacturing industry.

As we toured manufacturers, we were struck by a huge number of workers still performing repetitive manual handling and quality control tasks. In fact, these tasks were performed by most of the workers in the manufacturing halls, and there were still not enough of them. When we asked why these unpleasant jobs were still done by people, the answers were always the same: "It's not possible to automate it."

Many quality control and material handling processes in production have not yet been automated. This is because machine vision systems currently work satisfactorily only under well-defined conditions and are limited to performing only a subset of partial tasks. Their deployment in most production processes has failed so far.

With SANEZOO's products, it is now possible to automate the visual quality control of parts with complex shapes and/or reflective surfaces. By combining robot guidance and human-like 3D vision, it is also possible to automate the picking, handling, and feeding of bulk parts randomly scattered in boxes into assembly lines and into equipment for automated packaging, laser marking, quality control, and other processes.

It is easy to imagine that operators with hands and the ability to inspect parts from different directions and in better lighting will work much more successfully than operators who cannot move their heads and can only view parts in fixed directions. Similarly, cameras with robots and advanced lighting perform much better than existing machine vision systems.

SANEZOO has opened a new dimension of possibilities and opportunities in industrial automation. Finally, many entirely new applications and use cases can now be addressed and successfully solved.

As an example, SANEZOO handles the reflective parts and other hard-to-scan surfaces much more effectively and reliably. Reflective surfaces, including metal, machined, plastic, and painted surfaces, are the most common surfaces in automotive manufacturing. They are not satisfactorily addressed by machine vision cameras and systems on the market.

SANEZOO products allow for easy and quick deployment. They are universal for any type of product with any kind of surface. It is this versatility that is crucial in the introduction of flexible manufacturing and makes SANEZOO products essential for Industry 4.0 adoption.

The complete SANEZOO solution also includes proprietary AI models and software modules for image and 3D scene analysis as well as electronic hardware, invented and engineered in-house and with many full production deployments, including:

VW/Skoda Auto, BOSCH, ZF, DUPONT a MAGNA.
